Kolade Royal School

Who We Are

Kolade Royal School launched on the 13th of September, 2021 with a mission to help children actualize their life set goals. The school was founded by Alhaja Risikat Balogun (nee Obatoyinbo), who is a seasoned educationist with close to 40 years of experience across the education sector.

She began her career at the Community Secondary School at Ilorin in 1984, then moved on to the Federal Ministry of Education and rose to the Directorate level at the Federal Ministry of Education. She has taught at prestigious schools such as Queen's College Yaba, the Federal Government Girls College, Kaduna and served in multiple capacities before her retirement in 2020.

She also holds an M.Ed in ECCE, a PGDE and a B.A in Education. She is currently the proprietress at our school and hopes to inculcate in the learner, the spirit of healthy competition, hardwork and good moral standards thereby making the learner a well rounded individual.

At Kolade Royal School, our vision is to groom a community of learners with sound academic standards and good character.
